What PipBack holds about the people who read it, why, and how to change that.
PipBack is a research site about futures prop firms. It is built to hold as little about its readers as it can, and this page says exactly what that is. From 11 September 2026, usage measurement runs automatically without a cookie acceptance dialog. It goes with the terms of service.
PipBack has no reader accounts. You do not sign up, sign in, or give us a name to read the site. What we may hold about you is limited to the following.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles of readers.
The public site sets no advertising cookies. It uses random first-party visitor and session identifiers to measure page use and repeat visits. These identifiers are not tied to your name or email. Previously saved measurement opt-outs remain effective. Interactive replays of archived pages run in a separate, sandboxed origin that holds no PipBack cookie at all.
Most of what PipBack publishes is about prop firms: their published rules and prices, panel-based traffic estimates, public ad libraries, public reviews, on-chain payout records and dated captures of their public pages. Where a published review or post names a person, it was public at its source. If you are named in something we publish and want it removed, write to us and we will review it.
Measurement events and outbound link records are kept in aggregate for reporting; the parts that could single out a browser are pruned on a rolling basis. Support mail is kept for as long as the matter is open and a reasonable period after. Server logs are kept for days, not months. Archived captures of firm pages are kept indefinitely, because they are evidence of what a page said on a date.
You can block site cookies using your browser settings. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to a use of it. Write to the address below; we will answer within a month and will ask you to prove you are who you say you are before releasing anything.
Traffic to the site is encrypted, administrative access is limited to named staff behind hardware-backed sign-in, and the parts of the system that fetch third-party pages are isolated from the parts that hold data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that it is.
When this policy changes we update it here and move the date at the top. A change that affects what we collect or how we use it is called out on this page for at least a month after it takes effect.
