The terms you accept by reading and using PipBack, its tools and its archive.
These terms cover the PipBack website, its comparison and calculation tools, its archive of firm pages, and the links and codes it publishes. How we treat personal information is in the privacy policy.
PipBack publishes research about futures prop firms: their rules, account plans and prices, estimated web traffic, observed advertising, public reviews, payout records and dated captures of their public pages, together with tools that compare them. PipBack is not a prop firm, broker, exchange or trading platform, and it does not take deposits, place trades or hold funds.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
Everything on PipBack is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy an evaluation from any firm. Trading futures with a prop firm can lose you the fee you paid and more. Decide for yourself, and check the firm’s own terms before you pay.
Every page states where its figures come from. Traffic numbers are third-party panel estimates, not the firm’s analytics. Advertising figures count what public ad libraries show, not everything a firm spends. Review analysis reads public reviews and classifies them; it is not a survey. Payout records come from public blockchains and cover only what is visible there. Archived pages are what a firm’s public URL returned on a date, captured by a browser identifying itself as PipBack.
We work to keep these correct and current, and we mark what is stale or unmeasured rather than filling it with a zero. We do not promise that any figure is complete or error-free, and a firm can change its rules, prices or availability at any time without us noticing at once.
Some links to firms are affiliate links, and some discount codes are PipBack codes. If you buy through one, the firm may pay PipBack a commission. It does not change the price you pay, and it does not change how a firm is ranked or described here: firms cannot pay to alter a figure, a review reading or a rule entry.
A code or offer is the firm’s, not ours. The firm decides whether it is available, what it is worth and when it ends. Any purchase is between you and the firm; PipBack is not a party to it and cannot refund it.
PipBack does not run a rebate, cashback or reward programme. Anything you see to the contrary on an old page, a third-party site or an archived capture is historical and gives you no claim.
Archived captures are shown as evidence of what a public page said on a date. They are the firm’s content, reproduced for reference, comparison and criticism. An interactive replay runs the archived page in a sandbox in your browser; it is not the live site, and nothing you do inside it reaches the firm.
If you own a captured page and believe a capture should not be shown, write to us. We take down captures that contain private information, that were captured in error, or where the law requires it, and we say on the page that a capture was removed rather than pretending it never existed.
We may block or limit access that breaks these rules, or that puts the service or its readers at risk.
PipBack’s own writing, analysis, design, code and brand belong to PipBack or its licensors. You may quote and link to the site with attribution. Firm names, logos and archived pages belong to their owners and are used to identify and describe them. Open-source components the site conveys, including the replay client, are listed on the methodology page with their licences.
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time, including a firm’s listing or a tool. We may also change these terms; the date at the top moves when we do, and continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the new terms.
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, PipBack and the company that operates it exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, your reliance on anything published on it, or your dealings with any firm it describes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Questions about these terms go to the address at the top of this page.
